TODAY! Three Curious Pebbles left at the Oceanside Pier in celebration of my ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY of pebbling!
Did YOU Find One? If so, please sign the guestbook to let us know!
Two Pebbles left ON the pier, one Pebble left below, in the sand.
We got to watch the one in the sand being picked up, examined and giggled at.
Fabulous.
My Best Kind of Day.
Yay, congrats! I'd love to find one of your pebbles someday!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Alli... Where's your nearest beach?!?! :D
ReplyDeleteYou rock (sorry for the pun, smile)!
ReplyDeleteTwo years ago (on December 20), a woman gave me a quarter for a cup of hot water (I'd forgotten my purse).
She had no way of knowing that less than 24 hours before, I'd held my son while he took his last breath.
Her generosity has changed my life. I bet that yours has changed someones too.
Keep up the good work. It matters.
Oh.... My... Dear Zoo, I don't know what to say. Thank you for saying so. I do my best to be a woman with a quarter in all aspects of my life-- You get what you give, I think. I treasure your comment. My thoughts to you.
ReplyDeleteI love love love the idea of leaving your Pebbles to be found by someone who probably needs a sign or at least a smile.
ReplyDeleteWhile learning to crochet motifs,I too crocheted "sweaters" on beach stones a few years ago as a prop for a tale when I am doing storytelling. Later I added them to my children's table at craft fairs. Kids can purchase a paperweight as a gift whether they have a dollar to spend or only a nickle. There's always one within their "budget".
